Raw Chocolate Avocado Mousse

1/2 cup medjool dates, soaked
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup mashed avocado (about 3 avocados)
3/4 cup organic cocoa or carob powder
1/2 cup water

(1.) Blend or process dates, maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.  Make sure you soak and pit the dates before blending.

(2.) Add mashed avocado and cocoa powder.  Add water and process until smooth.

(3.) Serve at room temperature or chilled
